Great service, affordable, arrived onetime, very kind, cleaned up after, and showed me how to use new thermostat. Highly recommend.
I should have believe the Yelp reviews before calling, they are at 1.7 stars!! That other review is right here, I think a lot of the Google reviews are fake now. They charged me for furnace repair and 20 minute later they leave, it's not working again. They won't come back, says call someone else they don't want my business. Give me my money back then!
I schedule an appointment get an estimate to replace a broken furnace my appointment was Jan.15 they gave me a widow of 12-2pm (which was done by text )and they never showed up. First my time worth money! Second I deserved a phone call not at text message! One you didn't even look at my unit, how can you send me a proposal! Received furnace repair service from aviator Heating and cooling. Our furnace stopped working Monday and an hvac technician was sent to get our furnace repaired in Portland. Arrived promptly and cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly.
They are a very bad company. The owner offered me a discount on a furnace repair to leave a fake 5-star review. He wanted me to take a photo of his truck for the review. I said no, and he yelled at me. I told him I would post a bad review instead for yelling, and he said if I did that, he didn't care because he can claim I was never a customer. Owners name is Daniel. Stay far far away from this company. They have so many obviously fake reviews now that I look at his profile. What kind of customers normally take pictures of the HVAC trucks and workers and leave reviews? NOBODY that's who. Look at the real reviews, not the fake ones with pictures. Fake reviews, bad owner with a bad attitude, and very expensive repairs ($950 for igniter). And after all this I bet they will claim I was never a customer, but I have a receipt to prove it!
